I write custom scripts and small systems: price lists, orders, emails and PDFs moved into spreadsheets, reports, notifications, connections between programs. On my own, from the first conversation about the problem to a working program.
Done. Air-conditioning warehouse: a script pulls orders from the online store and creates the warehouse documents and shipping lists by itself. It saved about 4 hours of work a day. More finished work

What I have built.
I describe client work by type of business, without names. My own products ZIVU and Callio are live: you can open them and check.
For a client · air-conditioning warehouse
Store orders reach the warehouse documents by themselves.
Orders from the online store had to be moved by hand into warehouse documents and shipping lists. The script pulls the orders and creates those documents itself. Result: about 4 hours less work a day.
For a client · freight forwarding company
Orders from an Access database in the route spreadsheet.
Orders sat in an old Access database, and delivery routes were kept in an Excel spreadsheet, column by column. The program moves the orders into a new spreadsheet, skips duplicates and never touches the original. The first run added 60 orders.
Mobile app · service and cleaning companies
Proofix: jobs, sites and working time in one app.
A B2B app for cleaning, service and facility maintenance companies: jobs, time tracking, NFC checkpoints, a hierarchy of sites. Each company sees only its own sites. Available on Google Play.
For a client · language course author
From lesson text to a finished short video on YouTube.
A Windows program turns typed lesson text into a short video with a voiceover, a table and subtitles, then uploads it to the channel by itself. The latest release passed 543 automated tests with zero failures.

ZIVU: from a news item to a finished video, automatically.
Six stages: research, script, voice, video, subtitles, publishing. Cost: about PLN 17 per video. If something fails in stage five, the system resumes from the point of failure and does not pay again for the earlier stages.

Callio: a voice agent that answers a clinic's phone.
An AI voice receptionist for independent veterinary clinics in the US: it answers calls, books, reschedules and cancels appointments. The product is in its launch phase. There is a live demo line you can call.

My earlier product · Mebloscena
Mebloscena Studio: from a packshot to an interior scene.
A furniture and interior visualization engine that works from packshots and floor plans. Built and used in a campaign to property developers.
In progress. Sporting goods store: automatic price changes in BaseLinker. Order accepted in October 2026.
Currently quoting, among others: QR-code time tracking on site with a timesheet per site; notifying people on a class waiting list (the first person answers, only then the next one); collecting data from Google Ads, Analytics and a CRM into a weekly report.

Fixed quote and delivery
After the example I give a fixed quote. I do the work myself. Billing goes through Useme, which handles the contract, invoice and payment, also for clients outside Poland.

How much does it cost?
The quote is fixed, and I give it after showing the solution on your example. I don't publish a price list: every script has a different scope.
We already have software for this.
The scripts I write work alongside your existing programs: they pull data from them or hand over ready files for import. I settle how they connect on your example.
Who does the work?
I do. From the conversation about the problem to a working program, without passing the job on.
How does billing work?
Through Useme: the platform handles the contract, invoice and payment, also for clients outside Poland.
